In order to prevent the spread of the disease among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penal system of the Russian Federation, the Acting Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Federal Medical and Epidemiological Institution MSCh-73 FSIN of Russia issued a Resolution dated 15.09.2022 № 53-21 «On the introduction of additional sanitary-epidemiological (preventive) measures aimed at reducing the risks of entering and preventing the spread of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)».
Since September 19, 2022, short and long term visits have been suspended in the institutions and pre-trial detention centers in UFSIN of the Russian Federation of the Ulyanovsk Region. The provision of visits to suspects, accused and convicted persons with lawyers and other persons who provide them legal assistance is carried out in the premises of short-term visitation rooms, where there is delimiting glass, with the use of personal respiratory protection by all participants of the visit.
Persons with elevated body temperature and with visible signs of acute respiratory disease are not allowed in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation of the Ulyanovsk Region.
Persons without personal respiratory protection equipment are not allowed in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation of the Ulyanovsk Region.
Reception of parcels in institutions is carried out in the order of priority with the observance of time intervals. No accumulation of visitors in the premises of the reception rooms (waiting rooms) is allowed.
We ask relatives of suspects, accused and convicted persons to take the restrictive measures with understanding. Their cancellation will be notified additionally, including on the official website of UFSIN of the Russian Federation of the Ulyanovsk Region.
